Write to contact.axiomativ@gmail.com from any address, or reply delete my data in the conversation you are already having with the business. Tell us the phone number or messaging account your data is attached to and, if you know it, which business you dealt with — that is what we search by.

No account or password is needed to make the request.

Напишите на почту выше с любого адреса или ответьте «удалите мои данные» в том же чате, где вы общались с компанией. Укажите номер телефона или аккаунт мессенджера, к которому привязаны данные, и, если знаете, с какой компанией вы имели дело — по этому мы и ищем. Учётная запись и пароль не нужны.

What gets deletedЧто удаляется

• your contact details — name, phone number, email, messaging account;
• the content of your conversations, including images, voice notes and files;
• your order and visit history, loyalty balance and referral records.

We may keep a minimal record — the fact of a deletion and the identifier it applied to — so that the request is not undone by a later data import, and we may keep documents that law requires us to retain, such as invoices.

Удаляем контактные данные, содержание переписки вместе с вложениями, историю заказов и визитов, баллы и записи о рекомендациях. Может остаться минимальная отметка о самом удалении — чтобы запрос не отменился при следующей загрузке данных, — и документы, которые обязывает хранить закон, например счета.

How long it takesСроки

We confirm the request within 3 working days and complete it within 30 days. Because the business you dealt with decides what it keeps, we forward the request to them at the same time and delete from our systems in either case.

Подтверждаем обращение в течение трёх рабочих дней и выполняем в течение 30 дней. Поскольку решение о своих данных принимает компания, с которой вы имели дело, мы одновременно передаём запрос ей, а из наших систем удаляем в любом случае.

Messaging platformsМессенджеры

Deleting data from our systems does not delete the conversation from your own phone, nor from the copy Meta or Telegram keeps under their own policies. To remove a conversation there, delete the chat in the app and use the platform's own privacy settings.

Удаление у нас не удаляет переписку с вашего телефона и копию, которую по своим правилам хранят Meta или Telegram. Чтобы убрать её там, удалите чат в приложении и воспользуйтесь настройками самого мессенджера.
